Time is tracked and billed down to the minute, so you only pay for the time your business needs.
And because the predictability of a consistent monthly bill helps you keep cash flows stable, we move our clients to a flat, monthly rate once the workload is established. This ensures there are no surprises in the busiest months, like when wrapping up the year or preparing for tax filing. Your flat-rate monthly bill will be an estimate of typical bookkeeping tasks in any given month (any costs from initial setup will not be included). This estimate is based on the the first 2 months of work and will be confirmed with you.
For the first 2 months, bookkeeping work will be billed based on hourly rates:
Basic Tasks - $40/hour (typically 80-90% of work)
· Banking transaction entry
· Bank reconciliation
· Bill payments (Accounts Payable)
· Invoice submission (Accounts Receivable)
· Inventory tracking
· Payroll submission
· Correspondence
Advanced Tasks - $60/hour (typically 10-20% of work)
· Set up new accounting software
· Financial reporting
· Remittance of payroll taxes
· Payroll forms
· 1099/W2 forms
· Sales tax filing
· Journal entries
· Auditing (clean up)
